Steve Morvell loves animals, and it shows; big elephants to small birds, native or exotic, wild or domestic.  Look at the expression on this meerkat's face - sheer curiosity.  Steve is an exciting wildlife artist whose subjects come to life on the page. Through PASA, he held a great two-day workshop at Norwood which had all the participants absolutely enthralled.  His knowledge of the various pastels and their abilities to highlight the characteristics of his subjects is inexhaustible.  While Steve demonstrated with a meerkat, the participants applied the techniques to their own favourite animals.
